Melanie and Kenrick have a combined volunteer and work experience of almost 40 years. Kenrick has his Master’s in Social Work Degree. He has devoted his entire career to working with children who have mental health challenges. Melanie has devoted
her career working with children and adults who are deafblind. She also has extensive experience working with people who are autistic and have developmental disabilities in many different settings. This is where she was exposed to sensory rooms and the benefits they have on all people.
Our combined experience is what sparked this idea
many years ago to open this business. With mental health, anxiety, and other disorders on the rise we knew this would be the right time to embark on this adventure.
Our desire is to create a welcoming space where people can leave feeling better than when they came!
